About David
David Ursino has been in brokerage management since 2018, joining RE/MAX Premier in 2021 where he now leads a team of 304 agents across the Greater Toronto Area. His focus has been on building the systems and infrastructure agents actually need to grow.
Since 2024, David has shifted that focus to artificial intelligence. Not adoption for its own sake. Building. He has personally built AI-powered workflows for transaction management, compliance review, client communication, and agent coaching, directly inside his brokerage, after hours, with his own hands. Every system he teaches is one he has already deployed.
That work became BrokerBotics.ai, and Agent Protocol, a training community teaching Canadian real estate agents to build their own AI systems. The core idea: one person, with the right AI tools, can build what used to take a whole team.
David is not teaching theory. He is teaching what a managing broker built, tested, and is still building inside a real brokerage.
