Toni Viola is a top producer with RE/MAX PREMIER Inc. Her experience in life and real estate have both contributed to her success.
She started her career working as a legal assistant/law clerk from 1973-1985, specializing in real estate law. This background paved the way for her future, as she obtained her real estate license in 1985.
Toni worked with developers and specialized in land development and land assembly. She worked directly with municipalities and consulting engineers, from conception up to the draft plan approval stage.
Her growth as a real estate professional is ongoing, as she's done a little of everything including selling parcels of land, individual lots and building lots. Toni has worked for some extremely respectful homebuilders.
Toni's love of helping customers find the perfect home caused her to get into the resale side of the industry. She deals mostly with residential properties now, from first time home buyers, new condominium sales up to luxury estate homes.
Since joining RE/MAX, she's achieved "Platinum" status and is a member of the "Hall of Fame". She also obtained her "Luxury Homes" designation as well as being a Certified Investor Agent Specialist.
Toni is fluent in both English and Italian, which has allowed her to deal with many interesting people over the years. Her extensive knowledge of the GTA makes her an expert on relocation. In fact, she's referred by several relocation companies in Ontario and the USA. She is looking out for her customers, making sure they receive the service and satisfaction they deserve.
She takes pride in marketing her listings from signing a Listing Agreement to detailing/decorating the property before actually putting it on the Multiple Listing Service. She works with a great support staff including husband Anthony, assitant Lisa and detailer/decorator Rosanna.
When she's not working, Toni has an active and busy life. Married for 40 years, she has two daughters, two granddaughters and two grandsons, all of whom she loves spending time with. She enjoys attending the theatre, her daughters' dance productions and organizing fundraisers and parties.
